Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1-3) business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high volume or unusual circumstances, processing may take longer. We will notify you if your order experiences significant processing delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. All delivery time estimates are based on business days after the order ships and do not include the order processing period. Actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier, weather, customs (for international orders), and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or jurisdictions where the sale or shipment of research compounds is restricted or prohibited. Peptide Circle HQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to any location for any reason.

Packaging

Research compounds are packaged in temperature-conscious materials appropriate for the products being shipped. Packaging is professional and labeled in accordance with applicable shipping regulations.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within five (5) business days of the shipment notification, please contact us at [email protected].

Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. Peptide Circle HQ is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we may, at our discretion, either reship the order at your expense or cancel the order without refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Peptide Circle HQ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure and considering carrier insurance for high-value orders.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery time estimates are not guarantees.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment is processed and the order enters our fulfillment system. If you need to request a modification, contact us immediately at [email protected]; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be accommodated.

Returns Policy

No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. This policy applies to all products regardless of category. Reasons we do not accept returns include but are not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product
• Dissatisfaction with the product
• Discovery of a lower price after purchase
• Delivery delays not caused by Peptide Circle HQ
• Inability to use the product for any reason

Damaged or Defective Products on Arrival

As a limited exception, if a product arrives visibly damaged or defective upon delivery, you must contact us at [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged packaging
• Photographs of the damaged product
• A description of the damage or defect

We will, at our sole discretion, determine whether a replacement is warranted. This limited exception does not apply to:

• Products damaged after delivery;
• Products opened, used, or tampered with by purchaser;
• Products misused or handled outside specified storage conditions;
• Claims submitted more than 72 hours after delivery;
• Claims without photographic evidence.

Replacement Process

If a replacement is approved under the limited exception above, we will ship a replacement of the same product. Replacements are sent at our expense via standard shipping. We do not issue refunds in lieu of replacements.

Refused Returns

Any product returned to us without our prior written authorization will be refused, abandoned, or destroyed at our discretion. No refund will be issued and we are not responsible for the cost of the attempted return.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to follow our dispute resolution process described in the Terms of Sale and Arbitration Agreement before initiating any chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback in violation of this Policy may result in account suspension, denial of future orders, and recovery of all associated fees and costs.

Storage and Handling

Once you receive your order, it is your responsibility to handle and store the products in accordance with the storage instructions provided for each product and in accordance with appropriate laboratory standards. Improper storage may compromise the products and is not grounds for return, replacement, or refund.
